Kaolin clay: Often used for face masks in all traditions. Unique molecular structure that absorbs deep-seated impurities such as dried sebum and dirt.
Santalum album (Sandalwood): Cooling and counteracts strong body odour.
Calamine powder: very fine-grained, zinc oxide-rich clay powder, used for face and hair wraps.
Bentonite clay: A volcanic clay powder attributed with extra healing properties
Glycyrrhiza glabra extract (Liquorice root): Moisturising.
Morus alba extract (White mulberry extract): Particularly rich in natural flavonoids and phenols. The tree is also used to breed silkworms.
Aloe barbadensis extract (Aloevera): General healing, widely used in Ayurveda.
Gum acacia (Acacia resin, Babool): Relieves skin irritations, prevents the formation of wrinkles.
Ocimum basilicum extract (Basil): Often used against acne thanks to its anti-inflammatory antimicrobial effect.
Xanthan gum: a special gum fermented by a bacterium called Xanthomonas campestris. Delays skin ageing.
Suhaga (Boron Crystal, Calcined Borax): Mineral, skin nutrition.
Zinc oxide, Magnesium bicarbonate, Sodium benzoate and Potassium sorbate also reinforce the various clays, providing sun protection, among other things.
