Terms of use for our services and products.

Right of cancellation

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the products in question, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. For your return to be accepted, the product must be unbroken, unused and in undamaged original packaging. Opened or used skincare products will not be returned for hygienic reasons. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers buy a pristine and fresh product.

You as the customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Pack well!
After you notify us of your wish to return, you have 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act to return the product in question. Once we have received your return and assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you by email that the case is closed. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Returns and complaints

If you have cancelled your purchase, make a return by contacting us by email. If you have received a damaged product or a product is missing from your order, make a claim. Please note that we do not have a "customer satisfaction guarantee". This means that we do not accept returns/complaints on products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations. In case of allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example on your wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you have a reaction.

The warranty and right of complaint are only valid on presentation of a receipt. In the event of a successful complaint, we are liable for any costs incurred, such as shipping costs and refunds using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product in case of dissatisfaction as we do not have a satisfaction guarantee.
